Terms of Service

By accessing or using Alcove AI (“the Service”), operated by Alcove AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Alcove AI is an AI-powered platform that helps real estate professionals create marketing content — including Instagram Stories, email campaigns, and property brochures — from uploaded property photos. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos, generate marketing copy, and compose visual content.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use protected features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Upload content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates fair housing laws

Your content. You retain ownership of all photos, text, and materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transform it solely to provide the Service.

Generated content. Content generated by the Service (stories, emails, brochures) is yours to use for your real estate marketing purposes. We do not claim ownership of generated output.

AI-generated copy. Marketing copy is produced by AI models. You are responsible for reviewing all generated text for accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to local real estate advertising regulations before publishing.

The Service offers a free tier and paid credit packs. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Prices are listed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcove AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alcove AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we may retain data as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
